Tip #1:

Exercise! You know your going to be eating those extra calories so prepare. Burn off extra calories before you indulge. Plan a Pre and Post meal walk.

Eat Breakfast. Eating a small protein and fiber filled breakfast will help you maintain appetite control and keep you from over indulging.

Go Easy on those fats and sugars. Use olive or coconut oil instead of butter. Use herbs and spices instead of salt to flavor recipes!

And have a good time, the worst thing to do is try and start a diet right before you are going to be temped by mounds of delicious food. Make smart choices enjoy friends and family and once the holidays are over kick you health routine in to high gear!
